Property Description

The small town of Órgiva turns into countryside just a lemon's throw from the market square. Here, albeit close to town, this little house and its lovely gardens are private and tranquil, hidden away behind trees down a short, gravel drive.

A new cottage with tiled floors inside, it has a furnished porch and terrace outside as well as the lawned garden and pool. Flanking, and belonging to the property, is an olive grove with trees of tremendous age.

The cottage is sunny and modern, a simple, comfortable holiday home. Enjoying Órgiva's warm microclimate, it is especially inviting to spend days and evenings outdoors, lounging by and taking dips in the delightful swimming pool.

Granada, the Costa Tropical and the old, white villages of the Alpujarra Alta are all within driving distance for day trips.
