gorgeous countryside, this is the younger sister villa of our ever popular ZA 35 which is next door.
Similar in style and content, it is a new cottage
with red tiled floors and beamed ceilings inside, a furnished porch and terrace
outside, a barbecue area, lawned garden and an inviting
pool. There are some nice home-made, caring touches such as the hand-crocheted curtains
and bedspread. Flanking, and belonging to the property, is an olive grove with
trees of tremendous age.
Like its sister cottage, it's sunny and modern, a simple but comfortable holiday home. Enjoying
the warm microclimate of the lower Alpujarra, it is especially inviting to spend days and evenings
outdoors, lounging by and taking dips in the delightful swimming pool.
The small town of Órgiva turns into countryside just a lemon's throw from the
market square. From here it's just a short stroll to the centre. Granada, the beaches of the Costa Tropical
and the old, Moorish villages of the high Alpujarra are all within driving distance
for day trips.
