And at night, the house is perfectly located to go out to dinner and have a vermouth. We can walk to the typical restaurants and wineries of Cazalla. We will only need five minutes to sit at a table and enjoy a delicious meat.

A perfectly insulated house to protect us from the cold of winter and very cool in the summer. In fact, the house has an electric fireplace, two radiators for winter and an all the house has air conditioning.
The house is perfect for couples and it has all the comforts to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
Has a typical southern Andalusian facade, with wooden windows and Spanish mosaic tiles. Guests will be able to enjoy a cozy 40 square meter house that has all the comforts and a very modern design.
The main floor is open. It has a kitchen with an American bar perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, cutlery, plates, wine glasses, mugs, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, trays, and cooking griddle in the best company.
The living room is connected to the kitchen. It has two very comfortable armchairs and an armchair-bed. In addition, it has a charming built-in armchair, where our guests can rest or read one of the books that we leave for free.
Our guests like to enjoy an after-meal coffee next to the electric fireplace, have breakfast on one of the designer stools at the bar, and have a glass of Cazalla de la Sierra wine in the living room.
On the main floor there is a designer bathroom with a Spanish mosaic dream and designer faucets. In addition, the shower has a rain effect. Perfect to relax after a long day in the mountains. As a courtesy of the house, we always leave gel and shampoo for our guests. Additionally, in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, hand gel and hand towels and bath towels.
Upstairs, there is a new and comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cms) with cable TV, a mirror and wardrobe.
The bed is dressed with percale cotton sheets and comfortable cushions. Cable television is in the room, so our guests can enjoy their favorite series while lying down. There is no better way to rest and relax!
So, the esparto blinds, typical in Andalusia, give it a unique Andalusian touch to the house. When it gets dark, the sun’s rays enter the room through these esparto blinds, creating a magical atmosphere in the room.

Rentals for this property normally run from Saturday to Saturday in high season.
A 400 Euro security deposit is required on each booking, payable locally in cash on arrival and it will be returned subject to any reductions for breakages or damage the departure day.
