All the facts and features about this villa
At the time of the booking, we require a down payment of 50% of the rental price to be paid within 48 hours after receiving your confirmation to assure your booking.
We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel / cancellation insurance.
The remainder 50%, together with the deposit (€500) must be paid at the
latest 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
If you book within 8 weeks, the total rental price and deposit must be paid in one go.
For a stay of more than 2 weeks, a small intermediate cleaning (2h) and change of towels and bed linen are included.
Weather permitting, the swimming pool will be open throughout the year.
Rentals for this property run from Saturday to Saturday in summer months, but please ask.There is also a good selection of tips and information about local activities and places of interest for both adults and children. Please, no smoking in the house. No pets.
Electricity:Air conditioning/heating is available in the bedrooms and living room.
Final cleaning fee of Eur 250, – and is also to be paid together with the final payment.
Security deposit
The deposit of the 500€ paid 8 weeks before your arrival will be returned by the owner 7 days following your departure from the house if you leave the house in good condition and if no damage is noted, For this, make you sure you send us the following information :
